morning munchies

in a bowl  combine  1 container of yogurt with mix-ins like cereal, fruit, a crumble gronola bar. grab a spoon and eat.different break fast every day

are you some times shy to say things  well i learned just to pretend the audience is some thing else ok

cops are getting aggressive beating  up people for no reason there to much now this is ashame.
